🐮 Ford Mondeo Mk4 Dashboard Not Working

The blower motor seems to be working normally as I can hear it and can vary its' speed using the control panel. It has the EATC control interface, part number AS7T18C612AB. I ran the on-board diagnostic procedure which threw back 4 faults: 9081 Circuit of left-hand temperature control flap actuator faulty. Can’t bring up the radio when radio button is pushed although it finds my iPod and starts playing that but no sound. Did a speaker test which failed. Also I get no sound from the parking sensors even though the button is lit up and seems to work just no sound. I’ve checked fuses which all seem to be fine.
